1. What is the nature of your business?
We are one of the larger public limited companies in India engaged in the marketing of the best of carpets, handmade textiles and a very large variety of crafts produced in India. We have a very vast network of stores in India and worldwide.


2. What is the product range offered by you?

3. Where can I buy your products?
You can buy our products from any of the stores listed under ‘Store Locations’. In case you are located in a place other than where our stores exist, please select the product group from the ‘Products’ and email the details of items of your interest on our email address siteadmin@cieworld.com and we will promptly make an offer through email for your consideration.


4. Is it possible to get goods produced against my specific designs?
Normally yes. But only on receipt of your design will we be able to inform you whether or not the item required by you can be produced with your specific design.


5. What are your payment terms?
Full payment to be made with the order through either of the following means:
  • Credit card
  • Transfer of funds to our Bank Account
  • Cheque


6. Will I be expected to make my own arrangements for clearing the goods at the port of destination?
Yes. You will have to make your own arrangements for clearing the goods on arrival.

Goods sent through courier will, however, be home delivered.


7. Will I be required to pay duty?
Yes. You will pay duty as well as other local taxes at destination.


8. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping charges on actual basis will be payable by you.


9. Do you insure goods against all risks?
Yes, all items are insured on your account.


10. Can I cancel an order after it is placed?
Ordinarily order once placed cannot be cancelled. However, we may allow customers in exceptional cases, to purchase alternative items of equal value or of higher value by paying the difference in price.


11. How do I check the current status of my order?
Send us an email in this regard and we will promptly post you with the status of your order.


12. Do you supply goods in bulk?
Yes we do. Our Export Department handles all bulk order business. You may send details of the goods required by you to our Export Department on email siteadmin@cieworld.com to get an offer.


13. Do you guarantee quality?
Yes we do. Merchandise sold by us passes through stringent quality controls. We take sufficient care to ensure that only defect-free products are supplied to our customers.


14. How do you resolve disputes?
In the unlikely event of a dispute, all efforts are made to amicably resolve the issues to the satisfaction of our customers. However, if any of the issues remain unresolved, the same would be subject matter of jurisdiction of courts at Delhi.
