| Education | Graduation from a recognized college/university. Business Management degree would be an asset. |
| Language | Fluency in English, Hindi and local language (written and oral). Good knowledge of foreign language an asset. |
| Experience | At least 3 years of experience in similar position in commercial, industrial or government establishment. Work experience in Travel Trade, Hospitality industry would be an added advantage. Experience in dealing with the elite clients is an asset. |
| Ability | Ability to coordinate conflicting priorities within tight deadlines and meet monthly targets. Ability to work independently, as well as lead and direct the team. Ability to analyze information quickly and efficiently according to established criteria and sound judgement. |
| Personal Suitablity | Excellent planning, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. Professional integrity. Flexible, handles work pressure, self starter. Strong Computer skills in widows based applications. |
